You probably remember hearing the "You are either for us or against us" speech from President Bush. Well... Remember that when you are watching Episode III. Obi Wan will let you in on a little secret about people who speak in absolutes.
(I guess that tells you who Lucas voted for, eh?)

only problem was, the very same obi-wan, mere minutes after saying "only sith deal in absolutes," also says "Palpatine is evil!"
Just saying...Star Wars is fun...but it isn't a political science journal nor is Lucas a professor of higher thinking.
Yeah... It's hard to NOT deal in absolutes... Sounds wish-washy to say "Palpatine is mostly evil!". I guess you could add in "With a slight chance of down-right nasty." so that your non-Jedi friends don't tease you.
(and many SW Fanboys will fight you on that second statement. I'm cool with it... or "Mostly cool, partly cloudy with it.")
